As the Merchandizing and PIM Lead, you will be a leader supporting PIM and Marketing implementation and roll out of projects. You will support eCommerce, Marketing, and Sales within the PPG Industrial Coatings business unit. You will work in a Hybrid environment, reporting to the PPG Pittsburgh Office three days a week and reporting directly to the Associate Director, Communications.

Responsibilities:

• Support PIM implementation project rollout and ongoing by collecting and maintaining product information for the industrial coating's product portfolio, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Operate with a high level of autonomy to meet the marketing communications team's goals of progressing the PIM database and better positioning our online product offering.
• Act a PIM subject matter expert and coordinate with the Data Unity product leader to ensure product listing accuracy and maintenance.
• Collaborate with technical product management, Science & Technology (S&T), Color and Marketing teams to gather, update and validate product information.
• Oversee the syndication of product-related content to web, mobile apps and eCommerce platforms, ensuring seamless and consistent content distribution.
• Assist eCommerce, Marketing, Sales teams with requests for product data.
• Enforce data integrity and compliance with established data standards within the PIM system.
• Develop and maintain new data taxonomies (fields) within Informatica/PIM to support evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with PIM product owners to ensure that the system's features and functionalities effectively support business operations and ecommerce requirements.
• Maintain digital assets within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, including images, videos, technical data sheets, and color swatches.
• Perform light editing and refinement of data assets as needed, such as resizing images, changing file formats, and merging data.
• Utilize Excel, PIM systems (Inriver, Kontainer, Informatica, and similar), ecommerce, and maintain a understanding of the industrial coatings business and data integrity standards.
• Respond to customer reviews and assisting in customer experience activities related to ecommerce and digital sales tools.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or similar.
• 5+ years' of relevant and recent experience.
• Strong experience communicating and coordinating with partners and internal/external customers.
• Experience with eCommerce, managing SKUs and related digital documentation.
• Strong Excel skills to update spreadsheets, databases, and records.
• Limited travel
