ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Our advanced nuclear client is seeking a highly motivated Engineering and Design Processes Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be the primary interface between established processes and the EPC organization. You will ensure that the EPC engineering activities are aligned with expectations, workflows, requirements, and governance.
Analyze and interpret existing company engineering and project execution processes.
Ensure company and EPC engineering workflows are mapped to correspondence to ensure alignment and compliance.
Identify any divergences and propose integration strategies.
Provide guidance to EPC engineering teams.
Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions, trainings, and onboarding for EPC staff.
Participate in process improvement initiatives.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
BS in Engineering
6+ years of experience working in EPC project environments.
Experience in process engineering, project engineering, or project management.
Familiarity with process mapping methodologies.
Ability to read electrical engineering documentation and schematics.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
Nuclear energy, energy, infrastructure, or industrial sector experience.
