We're assisting a well-funded startup in the medtech space with their search for product engineers. They're building an AI-first medical practice, allowing in-house clinicians to provide medical advice that is near-instant, highly personalized, and always available. They're hiring multiple engineers in this capacity and the role will be hybrid in their NY or Boston offices.

What you'll do:

• Developing patient-facing features on web and mobile apps to increase engagement and retention on the AI-powered care delivery platform
• Scaling backend infrastructure with a focus on stability and data integrity
• Improving the physician-facing care platform and integrating AI tooling to increase physician efficiency and clinical capabilities.
• Building robust integrations with large enterprise clients, including EMR integrations with healthcare providers, claims data structuring with health plans, and HIE records parsing

• 4+ years of experience building new products from zero to one in high growth environments

• Experience shipping net new products/features in a production environment instead of just improving or maintaining existing features

• Zero-to-one experience at a start-up or new projects/teams at large companies

• Prior healthcare experience and active GitHub preferred

• CS degree

• Strong technical fundamentals across the stack with TypeScript critical (slight backend lean preferred)

• Additional languages/frameworks e.g., Python or React helpful

• Highly team-orientated and low ego individuals driven by the shared mission

• Able to clearly articulate complex technical concepts and their personal impact
