As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a distinguished hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. You will remain highly visible, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with guests and staff. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the hotel and resort location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.

+ Document observations, incidents, and activities in daily reports and communicate relevant information to management as needed.

+ Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and/or directing guests and visitors as appropriate.

+ Support emergency response activities as needed, including assisting with evacuations or other site-specific procedures.

+ Work collaboratively with hotel and resort staff to address concerns and provide a welcoming environment for all occupants and guests.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
