Support Services Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Support Services Specialist to join our Wealth Management Service Center team. In this role, you'll provide essential support to various Wealth Management business units, performing a mix of clerical and analytical tasks that keep operations running smoothly. What You'll Do:

• Provide administrative and operational support to Wealth Management teams.
• Perform clerical and analytical tasks across multiple subject areas.
• Assist with routine support functions and respond to on-demand needs.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of office administration experience.
• Knowledge of wealth management services (personal trust, institutional trust, custody, agency administration) and related banking products preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
