Description
Provides overall project administration support to the Project Manager, top management, and supporting team members. Organizes the necessary team members and specializes in facilitating, reporting, and analyzing projects. Oversees and controls all project variables, and assures the projects are finished on time and on budget. Coordinates administrative and other project activities from simple tasks to larger plans, working with Project Managers and Project Coordinators. Manages schedules, arranges assignments, monitors the progress of projects, acknowledges team suggestions, addresses potential issues, and measures and reports on project performance.
