We're seeking a skilled Antipasti/Salad Station Cook to prepare beautiful, flavorful starters and fresh salads that set the tone for our guests' dining experience. If you have a passion for Italian cuisine and attention to detail, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

• Prepare antipasti and salads according to recipes and plating standards
• Wash, chop, and portion fresh ingredients daily
• Arrange dishes with precision and artistry
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service

• Previous kitchen or cold station experience preferred
• Strong knife skills and attention to presentation
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently during peak service
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude
• AM/PM availability preferred
