A Back of House Team Member is a part of the kitchen team, assembling food orders safely, accurately, and quickly; ensuring each guest leaves with a smile. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know!

Positions included in the Back of House:

*Team Members will have the opportunity to rotate through the below positions and will be trained to cover all positions in order to meet the needs of the team.
  • Machines (working fryers and grills)
  • Breading (hand breading all of the fried chicken)
  • Prep (creating delicious and attractive salads and other dishes)
  • Dishes (washing and maintaining a clean and safe environment)
  • Inventory/Truck Management (ensuring inventory is properly rotated and staged)
  • Maintenance (supporting machine and restaurant maintenance)
  • Primary/Secondary meal production (ensuring accurate order development)
