Job Description:

• The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software systems for enterprise environments.
• This role requires strong technical skills, experience with front-end and back-end programming, and the ability to provide expert support and mentorship within a collaborative team environment.

• Perform technical detail design, coding, and testing of applications.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for internal and external discussions related to maintaining and enhancing software systems.
• Develop and analyze interface design documentation while ensuring compliance with hardware and software standards.
• Deliver large-scale systems for enterprise environments following dev/ops standards and policies.
• Conduct software analysis, including requirements gathering, use case development, and design documentation.
• Develop and execute automated unit and structured test cases to ensure code quality.
• Design and implement software solutions addressing functional and non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, scalability, availability).
• Provide operations and maintenance (O&M) support for existing systems and identify areas for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end program integrations and frameworks.
• Provide direct technical support for high-level, high-visibility applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build reliable, scalable software solutions.
• Participate in product roadmap discussions, technology evaluations, and architecture design.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, architecture/design, user requirements definition, and software specification development.
• In Lieu of Education: Additional 4 years of relevant work experience may substitute for the degree.

• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, C, and Python.
• dvanced knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of test-first practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Strong experience with Deployment, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, and Continuous Delivery frameworks.
