Customer Service Associate Representative - Accredo (Hybrid) Honolulu, HI

Join CarepathRx as a Customer Service Associate Representative. In this hybrid role you will work in person on the island of Oahu and support patients with pharmacy benefits, prescription refills, shipment scheduling, and billing questions.

Base Pay Range

$17.75/hr $19.00/hr (hourly)

Responsibilities

Perform customer service duties under direct instruction and close supervision. Your day?to?day functions include:

• Help patients understand their pharmacy benefits by applying knowledge gained from training.
• Use empathy and active listening to address patient questions and concerns.
• Document all interactions in the system.
• Assist patients with prescription refills, schedule shipments, and answer billing questions.

Requirements

Hybrid role requires in?person work on Oahu. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, you must have a reliable cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10?Mbps download/5?Mbps upload.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 1 year of relevant call center experience preferred.
• 1 year of medical insurance or pharmacy experience preferred.
• General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathetic and genuine customer service skills.
• Candidates must live on the island of Oahu.
