Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Patient Account Representative to assist a medical industry leader in the Honolulu area. Key Responsibilities:

• Managed incoming telephone calls
• Respond to billing inquiries
• Process credit card payments
• Performs activities related to billing reconciliation and analysis

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six (6) months customer service experience/medical billing experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
