Summary

We are looking for a skilled Interior Stylist to join our team.
In this role, you will handle the staging and destaging of our property listings, while managing timelines and keeping track of inventory. The ideal candidate combines a strong creative vision with meticulous attention to detail. Additionally, the position demands physical stamina and the ability to perform heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Home staging consulting, working with the clients current belongings
• Fully Staging homes - packing, unpacking, decorating, styling
• Physically able to move and lift furniture with one other person
• Coordinating, Renting and Driving rental vans around the island
• Proactive and Clear Communication with clients to coordinate and set expectations during the listing process
• Maintaining tongg+partners standards in design and customer service
• Coordinating long and short timelines

Qualifications

• Interior Design experience or general knowledge of design
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Punctual and reliable
• Ability to learn quickly
• Honesty and integrity
• Ability to design creatively and coordinate timelines
• Tech friendly for use of task systems and shared calendars
