Bishop & Company is seeking both full-time and part-time Customer Service Representatives for a local health insurance company in Honolulu. This role is responsible for assisting customers with questions regarding eligibility, benefits, and provider services. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, resolving issues, fulfilling requests, and accurately maintaining call documentation. The position requires delivering exceptional customer service by applying thorough knowledge of company products and programs.
Responsibilities
Assist service members and providers who contact the call center regarding eligibility, benefits, and provider services.
Provide receptionist coverage during breaks and lunch by performing the primary functions and duties of the Receptionist.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have a minimum six 6 months of work experience in customer service
Must have proficient to expert-level skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) including ability to maneuver between multiple programs, and proficient keyboarding skills
Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills
