Marketing Executive (OPC) - Bilingual Japanese

Location: Ala Moana Shopping Center, Hawaii

Base Pay: $16/hr plus commission, plus training pay for the first 10 weeks (uncapped earning potential). Annual total range: $42,202 $194,060.

Incentive Bonus: $1,000.

Schedule: Full?time, 10?am to 6?pm (occasionally 11?am to 7?pm), 5?days per week, flexible for weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct sales presentations or offer special vacation packages to guests at events and off?site locations such as shopping malls and airports.


• Deliver a high level of service to exceed sales and volume production goals.


• Ensure that all guests participating in a sales presentation or purchasing a vacation package meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.

• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.


• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.


• Contribute to team goals.


• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone.


• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.


• Telemarketing and/or sales experience preferred.


• Must complete background and drug screening as required.


• Physically able to reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, and stoop; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.


• Fluent in Japanese (speak, read, and write).
