As a Senior Shift Leader, you will drive sales by engaging with customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling in their favorite shopping locations. Your leadership will be crucial as you assist with reporting, training, scheduling, setting up and breaking down demos, and participating in the hiring and onboarding of new team members.

About you:

• You excel in engaging with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner
• You are at least 18 years old
• You can commit to 4 or more days a week, including Sunday and Monday
• You are capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and standing for up to 6 hours
• You are comfortable in preparing, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness of the work area and equipment
• You have reliable transportation to and from the work site
• You demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• You are a motivated self-starter with a strong drive for results
• You can work independently but also thrive in a team environment
• You prioritize safety in a retail setting
