The Project Manager is responsible for a construction project's overall direction, completion, and financial outcome. Directs and supervises the work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities and maintain effective relationships with owners, subcontractors, etc.

This position will be based out of our District Home Office in Cranford, NJ. Weeks Marine Construction's projects span across the NE region of the US. Ability to travel and relocate as needed
10+ years' experience in all aspects of managing construction projects with a proven track record of successful outcomes - specifically working in Infrastructure, Bridges, Docks, and Marine.
An undergraduate degree in construction engineering, construction management, or a related degree is preferred
Ability to understand project scheduling and cost control, and to read and understand project owner specifications and engineering drawings
Work independently as well as part of a team
Strong work ethic - willing to do what it takes to get the job done
Good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies
Effective oral and written communication skills
Strong organization/time management skills
Other Requirements:
Base Compensation: $157,000/yr - $220,000/yr (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
