Associa, a leading community association management company, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our upcoming project at AOAO Country Club Village Phase 2 (CCV2 and CFMA) located in Honolulu, HI.

Salary (DOE): $65,000 - $75,000

Job Overview

The Assistant General Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for supervising custodial staff, maintaining common elements, and ensuring high service levels for residents and guests while upholding the safety and security of the property.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in recruiting, hiring, training, certification, and supervision of all non?management positions.
• Ensure employees follow procedures and have the equipment needed to perform their jobs for CCV2 and CFMA.
• Work closely with watch personnel to ensure residents, guests, delivery, and moving personnel comply with House Rules.
• Coordinate with security and surveillance firms to reduce, remove, or transfer security risk on the property.
• Investigate and prepare incident reports for property damage or injuries to residents.
• Collaborate with owners to prepare design applications for Board approval.
• Deliver high service levels to residents and guests through all staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required; Business Degree preferred. 35 years of directly related or closely related experience. Proficiency with office equipment required. May need to obtain job?specific certifications.
• Travel Requirements: Some work?related travel may be required. Remote work possible with computer access. Valid drivers license required.
• Work Conditions: Typical office environment plus responsibilities in a multi?dwelling residential condominium with common elements, parking garage, and landscaping.
• Physical Demands: Access items at various heights; walk or climb common areas; operate cleaning equipment; lift up to 20 lbs.
• Environmental Demands: Work may be performed in climate?controlled office or in outdoor property areas exposed to noise, fumes, temperature extremes, and other hazards. Protective gear required as needed.
