First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a flexible and detail-oriented Help Desk Technician I to join our Help Desk team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical phone support while monitoring and maintaining FHB systems (e.g., ATM, Servers, Backups, etc.) in a 24x7x365 high availability production environment. Troubleshoot issues and failures related to hardware, services, and network.
Compensation: The hourly pay range for this role is $20.19 - $24.52; commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule: Mid-Shift: Sunday-Thursday 2:00PM - 11:00PM (hours may vary).
