Starting Pay: $16/hour

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Position Summary Description

Keeps premises of warehouses and office buildings in a clean and orderly audit ready condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Brings sanitation related concerns to the attention of the Sanitation Lead.
• Cleans lighting fixtures, work surfaces, racking, restrooms, offices, breakrooms, entry ways, and exterior of warehouse facilities and office buildings.
• Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and/or polishes floor surfaces.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Dusts furniture and equipment. Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceilings, windows, door panels, sills, kick plates, and woodwork.
• Empties trash receptacles and transports trash and waste to exterior dumpsters.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Communicates to Quality Assurance Supervisor, any facility damages or equipment malfunctions that cannot be easily corrected on the spot.
• Maintains Sanitation documentation and areas in an audit ready condition.
• Performs similar and related duties as assigned by Quality Assurance Supervisor.
• Uses the Companys Mission/Vision Statements and Core Values as their guiding principles.

Qualifications

Education/Training and Experience

Six months to one year experience in general maintenance and/or janitorial work.

Physical Demands

Frequently required to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
