We are a home care agency located in downtown Honolulu. Our kind, professional caregivers help our clients with activities of daily living. All caregivers are compassionate, trained, and ready to help. We serve the whole island of Oahu.

Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $28.00/hr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Details

Location: Downtown Honolulu, HI. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Primary Responsibilities

• This position will play an integral part in all aspects of the office.
• Provide administrative support, clinical oversight, and scheduling assistance.
• Assist in the creation, maintenance, and closing of client and employee files.
• Employee and client file audits and documentation follow-up to ensure compliance.
• Process incoming/outgoing mail and faxes as needed.
• Incident tracking and report compilation.
• Care note tracking and follow-up with direct care staff, reporting issues to management.
• Assist in the creation and updating of policies, procedures, and processes.
• Ensure education and compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
• Maintain file security standards to protect employee and client records.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: One year of office work and/or customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Windows, and Mac computers.
• Driver license preferred (valid Hawaii Driver License), but not required.
