The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store. This team leads Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food safe experience.
As an Offsite Warehouse Driver, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:
Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance. Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible. Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive Up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.
Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks. When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs. Thank guests and let them know we're happy they chose to shop at Target. All other duties based on business needs.
