As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic technology-focused location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to clients, visitors, and staff. Pay Rate: $38.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time Sat 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Sun 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the site and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or site representatives.
• Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with wayfinding and general inquiries as needed.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site protocols.
• Complete security-related logs, reports, and incident documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to help to maintain a secure environment in a technology-driven setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance required.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
