Manages the functions and activities for the development, evaluation, negotiation, and administration of energy power purchase agreements under the Energy Contract Management Department. Responsibilities include competitive bidding, feed?in tariff, bilateral negotiations, and policy management for Oahu, Hawaii Island, and Maui County. Serves as the team lead for multidisciplinary groups and functions as the principal negotiator for the Company.
