As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence within a government location. What You'll Do:
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.
+ Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to support a positive environment.
+ Maintain accurate logs and incident reports as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
+ Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points during patrols.
+ Remain alert and prepared to respond to any situation that may arise while on duty.
Minimum Requirements:
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
