As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail and mall locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, offering assistance as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for any unusual circumstances.

+ Document and report incidents, observations, and/or any suspicious activity according to Allied Universal protocols.

+ Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and foster a welcoming environment for visitors and employees.

+ Collaborate with on-site staff and local authorities as needed to address security-related concerns.

+ Follow all post orders and directives provided by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
