Pay ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour Depending on Experience

Job Description

This position primarily supports the day-to-day activities of the Vending Department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Cash vault responsibilities which include the counting of the Vending Routes collections
• Responsible for assisting the Vending Department in all aspects to contribute towards the division's operating performance
• Responsible for the daily reconciling of inventory for all Vending Routes timely and accurately
• Process daily orders for all Vending Routes in Encompass and Seed systems
• Research and process all Vending consumer refunds
• Maintain Vending KPI reporting standards and goals
• Responsible for processing and analyzing monthly Vending commissions
• Answer telephone calls from customers (both internal and external) and process these calls or direct them to the appropriate party.
• Assist in successfully resolving customer issues (both internal and external).
• Assist with day-to-day clerical activities (filing, scheduling, mail distribution, etc.)

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)preferred; related experience or training in customer service; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Beverage distribution support experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be detail oriented, with problem solving ability, and strong analytical skills.
• Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
