First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Business Banking Service Representative to join our Kona team. In this role, you will provide (directly and/or through Business Banking Officer) customer service, sales, and operational banking and lending support for business banking clients. Prepare management reports and other correspondence.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (hours may vary)

Compensation

The hourly salary range for this role is $19.00 - $23.00/hour; commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Associate's degree in Business or equivalent experience in operations, consultative client services, applying financial acumen, critical thinking and organizational skills required.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services (or equivalent experience) preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts preferred.
• PC skills using Word processing and spreadsheets.
• Must be highly accurate, thorough, sand capable of timely and efficient follow-up.
• Able to prioritize among multiple time-sensitive tasks.
• Possess organizational and creative problem solving skills.
• Possess oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Able to implement decisions made by Business Banking Officers and apply sound reasoning and judgment.
