As a Sales Executive Team Leader, a typical day will include:
  • Answer Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations given the background information obtained on the Owner through discovery.
  • Follow and adhere to the Consultative Sales Process when presenting to Owners and guests.
  • Complete and close the sales contract process by ensuring all required/legal paperwork and documents are signed and notarized.
  • Work with less experienced Sales Executives to improve their sales process, strategy, script, and presentation skills. This may include providing specific training opportunities on a one-to-one basis or in a group setting as required and directed by sales management.
Guest Experience and Company Standards:
  • Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
  • Contribute to team goals.
  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
To Become a Sales Executive Team Leader:
  • Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
  • The incumbent is required to maintain an active and in good standing professional Hawaii Real Estate License where mandated by law.
  • Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
  • One-year related experience.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese
