We relentlessly pursue medicines to ease the burden of debilitating diseases and disorders because you deserve brave science./ppAbout the Role:/ppResponsible for education and promotion of Neurocrines products and related disease states to assigned regional and local organized LTC accounts. Aligns with regional account priorities to drive behavior change related to screening, assessment, diagnosis and treatment through systems and processes identified by organized customer leaders. Builds and fosters strong relationships that require a longer sales commitment, increase field access, and create scalable opportunities. Accountable to the Region Sales Performance as well as other key business objectives./ppYour Contributions (include, but are not limited to):/pulliAccountable for meeting assigned business goals including Regional Sales Goals as well as other key business objectives for assigned corporate accounts/liliConduct local market business analysis with LTC Regional Sales Managers to uncover opportunities and prioritize activities to improve business results in their area of responsibility/liliResponsible for creating scalable opportunities for regional and local accounts (non-CAM accounts) and creating and leading regional execution plan for CAM national super regional account initiatives/liliParticipates in strategic account planning process and executes plans for identifying, building and expanding relationships within assigned regional and local corporate accounts/liliContributes to the development and management of strategic business plans for assigned accounts, leveraging deep account knowledge and aligning with the LAS business plan to drive effective execution/liliSupports the expansion and development of assigned accounts, including pharmacies, while delivering high-quality customer service and promoting appropriate diagnosis and product use/liliIdentifies key decision makers and initiates opportunity to engage with Neurocrine/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliBachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or related Scientific Field AND 6+ years of sales experience in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry, with significant experience as a corporate account manager strongly preferred. Successful track record of identifying, establishing and fostering strong and long-term customer relationships. LTC - Experience leading account teams and managing initiatives within Long-term Care or similar B2B environments. Behavioral Health Systems - Experience leading account teams and managing initiatives within organized customers such as IDNs, Academic Hospital Centers, Community Hospitals, government agencies, Corrections Facilities or similar B2B environments. OR/liliMasters degree AND 4+ years of similar experience noted above/liliDemonstrated relationship management skills/liliGood understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks for promotion, pharma industry guidelines and compliance issues/liliProven ability to build relationships with organized customers such as Long-term Care (LTC). Pharmacies, Nursing Home Chain Owner Groups, Provider Service Organizations and Professional Associations/liliCreative ability in developing business plans and presenting innovative solutions to customers/liliProven ability to prospect, identify and help influence corporate C D suite leaders and top clinical decision makers/liliThorough understanding of multiple interdependencies within an account, consider customer processes, treatment goals and needs, and maximize account performance by aligning appropriate solutions, messaging, and stakeholders/liliHighly motivated, self-starter and results driven individual/liliAnticipates business and industry issues; recommends relevant process / technical / service improvements/liliDemonstrates broad expertise or unique knowledge/liliConsidered an expert within the company and may have external presence in area of expertise/liliApplies in-depth expertise in discipline and broad knowledge of other closely related areas to improve efficiency of team/liliAbility to work as part of and lead multiple teams/liliGood leadership, mentoring skills and abilities typically leads lower levels and/or indirect teams/liliExcellent computer skills/liliExcellent communications, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills/liliSees broader picture and longer-term impact on division/company/liliAbility to meet multiple deadlines across a variety of projects/programs, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency/liliExcellent project management, strong project leadership skills/li/ulpNeurocrine Biosciences is an EEO/Disability/Vets employer. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of $52,000.00 of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.
