Job Details

• Lead and collaborate on the design and analysis of civil engineering projects.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with principal engineers and design staff to develop innovative solutions.
• Mentor and lead less experienced project engineers and civil designers.
• Utilize engineering software and tools to perform calculations and simulations.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Ten (10) or more years of experience in civil engineering design and project management.
• Professional Engineering License in the State of Hawaiʻi
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
