Our Morrico Equipment team is seeking a Head of Operations to join our team in Guam. This unique high‑visibility role is designed for a strategic leader ready to step into the top position. In this position, you'll be accountable for end‑to‑end operational performance across Morrico Equipment's Rental, Diesel Delivery, Trash, Transport, and Fleet functions. This role drives safety, service quality, utilization, cost, and growth by orchestrating people, fleet, and process excellence.

Based on the island of Guam, Morrico Equipment was established in 1990 by Allan Morrison along with founding directors Ross Morrison and Torgun Smith. After being acquired by Atkins Kroll, Inc. (an Inchcape Company) in December 2021, Morrico Equipment continues to be one of the largest heavy equipment dealerships in Guam and Micronesia.

Morrico Equipment specializes in new and used heavy equipment sales, rental, parts, diesel fuel delivery, Trashco Guam, and diesel repair service to Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau.

What you'll do

• Drive operational strategy and performance across Rental, Diesel, Trash, Transport, and Fleet services, aligning capacity, staffing, and fleet readiness with demand.
• Champion safety, compliance, and fleet readiness by enforcing DOT/EPA and local standards, maintaining inspection and credential schedules, and standardizing operational procedures.
• Oversee rental operations and customer experience, ensuring high utilization, turnaround, service quality, and collaboration with Sales on growth and retention initiatives.
• Lead transport, diesel, and trash services with a focus on scheduling, dispatch, route optimization, and productivity through technology and performance coaching.
• Develop and empower managers and teams, fostering Inchcape Values and building strong leadership pipelines across frontline operations.
• Own operational KPIs and financial discipline, running performance reviews, driving continuous improvement, and managing costs, utilization, and data accuracy for transparency and growth.

About you

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 7+ years in multi‑line operations leadership (rental, fleet, logistics, or field services), including 3+ years leading managers and large frontline teams.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of logistics, fleet management, compliance (DOT/EPA), rental operations, port/cargo processes, and customer service standards.
• Skills: Data‑driven decision‑making, KPI management, workforce planning, managerial coaching, cross‑functional collaboration, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and fleet/rental systems.
• Abilities: Lead through change, manage risk, simplify processes, align teams to daily standards, and maintain performance under pressure.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Ensure a safe workplace through training, inspections, incident reporting, contractor oversight, and continuous improvement in HSE performance and compliance.
