Compensation Analyst

Hawai'i Pacific Health is a not-for-profit health care network with over 70 locations statewide including medical centers, clinics, physicians and other caregivers serving Hawai'i and the Pacific Region with high quality, compassionate care. Its four medical centers - Kapi'olani, Pali Momi, Straub and Wilcox - specialize in innovative programs in women's health, pediatric care, cardiovascular services, cancer care, bone and joint services and more. The Human Resources Team builds collaborative strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to support the organization's mission, goals and initiatives. We develop areas such as workforce staffing and development, operational support, compensation, payroll, benefits, employee relations and organizational effectiveness. As the Compensation Analyst, you will work on compensation related projects and serve as a resource on day-to-day issues related to compensation practices, policies, and improvement initiatives. You will lead efforts to evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's compensation program, evaluate new and current positions, assign appropriate compensation levels, and administer grade and pay changes for management, clinical, and technical jobs.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience. Three (3) to five (5) years of Human Resources related experience to include experience implementing and administering organization wide compensation programs, policies, and practices.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and/or Accounting/Finance. Master's degree.
