Remote Litigation Attorney

We are partnering with an established Business Litigation firm to find a remote Litigation Attorney to join their team in Century City on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in CA-based civil litigation and have a strong background in legal research, motion drafting, and discovery.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review motions and legal briefs with precision and attention to detail.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
• Manage discovery processes, including document review and preparation of discovery responses.
• Prepare for depositions, ensuring all necessary documentation and strategies are in place.

Details:

• Contract-to-hire, ~90-day contract period
• Remote with occasional visits to the Century City office if it converts to direct hire
• Pay: $55 - $80/hr depending on experience

Requirements:

• Active bar membership in California.
• 3+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• Proficiency in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Strong background in discovery.
• Knowledge of complex business litigation, breach of contract, and real estate law.
