We're seeking a Director of Information Technology in Honolulu to lead IT operations and infrastructure across multiple sites.

Responsibilities
Oversee all company hardware, software, and network systems across multiple sites.
Manage IT staff and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Lead cybersecurity, patching, and vulnerability management initiatives.
Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Manage IT budget and allocate resources effectively.
Lead infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
Coordinate with business leaders to align technology with operational needs.
Stay current with emerging technologies to enhance performance and resilience.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
10+ years of IT management experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of network, server, storage, and end-user computing systems.
Proven experience managing IT teams and large-scale infrastructure projects.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.
Nice-to-Haves:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
MBA or Master's degree.
Experience managing multi-site IT operations.
