Training/Safety Specialist Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that current training curriculums and supporting training materials are up to date and the training resources are available to complete all required training
  • Updates and administers the automated training record keeping system(s)
  • Pull agents out of operations and assist with logging in and completing required training
  • Weekly check-ins with new hires to assess their knowledge of job responsibilities
  • Occasional GSE equipment training
  • Assist with Quality Assurance inspections on aircraft and equipment
  • Audits Training records and appropriately resolves any discrepancies
  • Assists in determining training needs within the station
  • Prepares reports for distribution detailing training activity and/or training areas that require improvement or correction

Training/Safety Specialist Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A valid, unexpired driver's license.
  • Microsoft programs experience
  • Previous experience in a training role
  • Adhere to rules and regulations outlined in Employee Handbook at all times.
  • Ability to obtain AOA badge and ramp license.
  • Authorized to work in the United States We Use E-Verify.
