Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is looking for an Assistant Director of Finance who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Assistant Director of Finance reports to the Director of Finance and is responsible for safeguarding the hotel assets and financial resources contributing towards maximizing hotel profitability.

What You Will Do:

• To assist the Director of Finance in the administration of all financial aspects of the hotel's operation.
• To ensure that all local and corporate policies and procedures are observed.
• To supervise the day-to-day operation of the accounting office of a team of 3-4 employees.
• Require a working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, Four Seasons Internal Controls, Policies and Procedures and job knowledge of all positions in Accounting, Purchasing and Food & Beverage control. Working knowledge is generally learned on the job or through a series of professional certifications.

What You Will Bring:

• 3-5 years' experience in a similar role with Four Seasons or other organization.
• Bachelor Degree required; Accounting or Finance preferred
• Require knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and excellent Excel and computer skills. Sun, iScala and Opera Systems knowledge required.
• Strategic, analytical and have solid business acumen.
• Forecasting, budgeting and team management also necessary.

Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000 per year
