As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate locations, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, engage with tenants and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any irregularities or suspicious activities as outlined in site procedures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and/or visitors as needed.
• Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols while representing the company at the location.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
