On Call Food Runner - Pool & Beach

Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is looking for an On Call Food Runner - Pool & Beach who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Food Runner - Pool & Beach reports to the Pool & Beach Leadership Team and serves guest needs by assisting the Pool & Beach Service Attendant with delivery of food from kitchen and completing guest requests. We are looking for an energetic, experienced customer service professional with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, have a passion for service and hospitality. Applicants must have the flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

What You Will Do:

• Deliver food & beverages from the kitchen to the pool and beach areas
• Assist in clearing, cleaning, setting up tables, pool chairs for service
• Greeting guests according to Four Seasons standards
• Anticipate guest needs and respond urgently to guest requests
• Assist in stocking linen, silverware, utensils, towels, and food items for service
• Assist in breaking down, cleaning, and set-up of food stations

What You Bring:

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience with at least 3 months to 1 year of full-time employment in related position.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
