(NOTE: - - denotes Essential Functions) - - Oversees management and directs the operation of the Center's digital media assets for the campus, including but not limited to: closed captioning system, video production, informational production and delivery, and consultation. - - Under general supervision, initiates changes to department policies and standard operating procedures to achieve the most efficient and economical service as related to primary areas of responsibility. - - Reviews, analyzes, and modifies policies and procedures in the areas of closed captioning and technical support to ensure optimum efficiency and service to clients. - - Coordinates scheduling of productions and production staff. Supervises others involved in productions such as Media Specialists, Educational Specialists, student assistants, and interns.
