Job Details

Major Duties:Perform psychosocial evaluations. Provide psychotherapy to patients. Coordinate comprehensive referral services. Utilize electronic health record system to document and review patient information. Provide professional on-going consultation and collaboration with other staff members. Provide timely and succinct feedback to Primary Care Managers (PC - Ms) regarding consultations findings and recommendations. Performs other duties as assigned.
