As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a hotel and resort location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment for guests and staff. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel or resort property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and general areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support the overall security-related needs of the location.

+ Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, staff, and/or emergency responders as required.

+ Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or concerns according to established procedures.

+ Support the overall guest experience by providing information and assistance as needed while upholding Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
