Starting Pay: $16/hour

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Position Summary Description:

Keeps premises of warehouses and office buildings in a clean and orderly audit ready condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Brings sanitation related concerns to the attention of the Sanitation Lead.
2. Cleans lighting fixtures, work surfaces, racking, restrooms, offices, breakrooms, entry ways, and exterior of warehouse facilities and office buildings.
3. Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and/or polishes floor surfaces.
4. Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
5. Dusts furniture and equipment. Polishes metalwork.
6. Washes walls, ceilings, windows, door panels, sills, kick plates, and woodwork.
7. Empties trash receptacles and transports trash and waste to exterior dumpsters.
8. Replenishes bathroom supplies.
9. Communicates to Quality Assurance Supervisor, any facility damages or equipment malfunctions that cannot be easily corrected on the spot.
10. Maintains Sanitation documentation and areas in an audit ready condition.
11. Performs similar and related duties as assigned by Quality Assurance Supervisor.
12. Uses the Company's Mission/Vision Statements and Core Values as their guiding principles.

Qualifications:

Education/Training and Experience

Six months to one year experience in general maintenance and/or janitorial work.

Physical Demands:

Frequently required to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
