Product Operations Manager
ROUTE06(???????) is a DX partner that supports the business model transformation of major companies.
We provide an enterprise-level business API platform, Plain, and support agile business development to realize the platformization of commercial transactions, contributing to the creation of new corporate value.
Our products are diverse, including mall-type EC, OMO stores, and marketplaces, and the business phases range from startup to growth.
ROUTE06's Product Operations Manager is responsible for promoting projects to help customers grow their businesses by leveraging the necessary knowledge to grow the product, complementing the missing parts with the team, and working together with stakeholders to achieve the desired business.
Required Qualifications
- Software engineer experience
- Experience in data extraction and analysis using SQL
- Leadership and communication skills to engage stakeholders
- Passion for product development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in starting or growing a business in a company
- Basic knowledge of engineering
- Experience with agile development
- Experience with UX design
- Experience with data analysis using SQL or BI tools

Selection Process

The selection process typically takes about 1.5 months, but we will be flexible according to the candidate's schedule.

Work Schedule
- Flexible working hours within the discretionary labor system; 10:00-19:00 as a standard, but you can choose freely
