Essential Functions for the Position:
Responsible for receiving and responding to Customer inquiries received by telephone and other inbound sources.
Answers Customer Service telephone calls & web documents to document the intake of complaints, commendations, customer issues and Lost & Found for departmental follow up. Maintains and updates monthly statistical reports and other documents as needed. Assists with the service window/reception as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
