The Design and Construction team supports the Chief Operations Officer in the oversight of acquisitions and maintenance of Hawaii Pacific Health properties and facilities. The team focuses on: departmental floor plans, design and construction, equipment planning, facility master planning, insurance-replacement value estimates, land use issues (PRU), leases, real property (acquisitions, dispositions, development, tax exemptions) and space allocations.
