About the Role Bishop & Company is partnering with our client in the retail industry to recruit an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Director of Facilities and Construction to lead the management of existing facilities and oversee new construction projects. This role requires strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and strong fiscal stewardship to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Oversight & Management Partner with senior leadership to prioritize and execute construction projects and facility maintenance. Direct planning, construction, and financial management for new builds and renovations. Manage vendor selection, procurement, permitting, and compliance with codes and lease requirements.
