DoubleTree by Hilton Alana - Waikiki Beach is looking for Food and Beverage Cashier (On Call). Located at the edge of Waikiki beach with the Royal Hawaiian Center, and Ala Moana Center within a mile. Out hotel has 317 guest rooms and 9,000+ square feet of event space.

Ideal candidate for this role will possess:
- Flexible varied scheduling availability.
- 1 year customer service and cash handling experience.
- Ability to operate POS system independently.
- TB Clearance certificate required.

What will I be doing?
As a Food and Beverage Cashier, you would be responsible for totaling and processing guest food and beverage purchases in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Greet and acknowledge guests upon check-out from dining outlet.
- Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates and cards.
- Ascertain guest satisfaction and work to resolve any guest issues or concerns, enlisting the assistance of a supervisor, if necessary.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
