Coordinates and assists with the departments global health related research-training portfolio. Provides support and assistance to Principal Investigator and project leadership. Implements logistics to carry out students research courses and training. Assist with research and travel related coordination and administration, including student and faculty travel and housing; ensures documents are complete and accurate while maintaining participant files with proper security measures. Coordinates student recruitment and application process and interviews. Facilitates consistent communication between students and their mentors throughout the program. Assists with preparing project manuals, reports, presentations, and newsletters as they pertain to student research training and mentoring. Assists with completing the programs annual progress reports and ensures timely submission. Other duties as assigned.
