Position Schedule: Monday-Friday: 0800-1630 Major Duties and Responsibilities: Handle the operations & customer service responsibilities associated with inbound domestic shipments for both ocean and air freight. Track/trace shipments & locally coordinate shipments through to delivery by due date. Perform timely updates to shipment status' and communicate them to customers and other branch locations. Respond timely and accurately to customer pickup and quote requests. Qualifications. Minimum Qualifications: High School Degree or equivalent required. Successful candidates must pass a background check. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must not require future sponsorship for employment visa. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Must have the ability to work overtime in support of the departments needs.
