Teach various graduate level counseling courses in School and Rehabilitation Counseling. Prepare course syllabi that meets COE accreditation expectations and Hawaii state licensing standards. Mentor and assist students. Complete grades on a timely basis. Attend faculty meetings and other duties that the supervisor assigns. Minimum Qualifications. A Master's degree in Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university of recognized standing, with work as a counselor; equivalent experience in a relevant area will be considered. An active license or certification in the counseling area of expertise (e.g., School Counselor, Mental Health Counselor, Rehabilitation Counselor), or related field, or the ability to attain a relevant license or certification within 6 months to 1 year of hire.
